Job Description :
As a System Engineer, you will support the overall technical work for the products designed as part of NPI projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, stakeholder expectations, and industry standards. Key Responsibilities:
Experience, Knowledge, and Hard Skills:
- Support the Chief Engineer in defining the technical scope, requirements, and deliverables of individual NPI projects.
- Write the Product Design Specification (PDS) and manage its distribution to subsystems or modules to ensure PDS fulfillment.
- Participate in defining testing and verification activities with the validation/compliance engineer, ensuring the system meets the Product/Project Requirement Specification (PRS).
- Contribute to Design to Cost initiatives.
- Define and coordinate the integration of technical systems within assigned NPI projects.
- Ensure full system integration of technical deliverables within assigned NPIs.
- Provide technical status reports on the overall technical solution within assigned NPIs.
- Establish and maintain mitigation plans according to the risk assessment.
- Verify all technical solutions and the results of testing and verification activities at the system level.Approve the results of test, verification, and validation activities.
Experience, Knowledge, and Hard Skills:
- Engineer/Master degree in civil or industrial engineering.
- 6+ Experience in system engineering, integration, processes, requirements, and specifications.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Curiosity, open-mindedness, and the ability to question assumptions.
