Job Description :

• Participation in a monthly meeting (via videoconference), approximately 2 hours per month, with a written report to be shared with the project team. (Daily rate/2)
• On-site construction monitoring in China: trips planned for 5 consecutive days, with 5 missions scheduled over a 10-month period. (Onshore Daily rate)

Mission :

• Quay side construction compliance follow up to ensure the suitability and readiness of the quay at Jutal for our load out :
• Be part of a Monthly meeting with Jutal on the Quay construction
• Verify progress via travel in China (5 or 6 times of 1 week each time)
• Location : France/China
• Speaking : English

??????????????Responsibilities:

• Documentation
• Review and follow supplier documentation .
• Schedule :
• Review Supplier Schedule and help to plan and deliver
• propose Vendor’s recovery plan to achieve the timely and compliant delivery
• Interface:
• Interface with all Project Manager and SCM Manager, to present the progress, risks, impacts and potential improvement / acceleration plan.
• Interface with Jutal with the presence of SCM owner
• Evaluate construction :
• Visit Vendor’s sub-suppliers to assess the progress and Generate a Mission Report
• Report :
• Report to be issued within a week of travel time max
• Generate monthly report after the Monthly meeting with Jutal.
